• This product has potential but ultimately the developer wants your money. Here was my experience:

    1. Installed the free app & instructions exactly as written.
    2. App did not work so I emailed for support.
    3. The developer offered to fix but did not.
    4. Emailed again – no response.
    5. Posted on support forum & got a response.
    6. Developer lied & said he took a look at my site & I would need to upgrade for a fix. How do I know he lied? Because I check my log for site visits & there was no record of his visits.
    7. Tried PayPal and had my cart setup within 5 minutes.

Bottom line – He wants your money. There are no detailed instructions or troubleshooting solutions because as long as it doesn’t work, he makes money. That’s fine but don’t offer a free product if what you are really after is my $29.00.

Suggestion – Go with Paypal. It’s ez. It’s free & there are tons of vids & tutorials on how to customize.

Only Positive – He’s a nice person just not someone to do business with.

Mate — Thanks for your comments ( good and bad ). Your issue was an installation issue, I fix my customers by priority. Obviously, premium gets the highest priority but I do help lot of clients with the free one as well. If you really need top class support you have to upgrade to premium, that is all I was trying to say you. Not sure what is wrong with that. I have all the documentation and videos in my main website. Plus I am here to support as well. I have fb page, tweater , skype everything.

Still not sure why this would be an issue if I ask someone to upgrade if he wants top level support. Considering My plugin has all the bells and whistles and still the cheapest solution.

    Thanks
    Niaz
