Besides, there are over 600K+ people who are happily using Essential Addons for Elementor. So, it wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t working with Elementor. lol.
Anyways, Elementor getting stuck is actually a very common error which normally happens if you don’t have enough PHP Memory Limit on your website. Elementor itself has a proper documentation on this: https://docs.elementor.com/article/576-elementor-widget-panel-not-loading
Have you tried increasing your PHP Memory Limit to 512M? Make sure to do that and update your PHP version as well. This normally resolves the issue. Besides, sometimes due to different server configurations this issue could happen as well.
