Third party plugin don’t send field of a form to Pardot

Hi,

I have a problem with third party plugin. I’m trying to connect a form on my website with Pardot(SF). All it’s okay, the field are correct and also endpoint URL.
But the form don’t send information to Form Handlers Pardot. Could probably is a problem of the plugin or it’s a problem of Pardot?
