Third Party Login Support

I am working on a new website for a client say Site A. The client have a sister website built in .Net Core and would like to keep user management in one place i.e. Site B. A REST API is available for user management such as create user, authenticate user, forgot password etc. I couldn’t find clear guidance on third-party login integration. If a user has registered on Site B – should be able to login on Site B.

Will appreciate any help/advice on this topic.
