Hello,

I have an ERP that is Uniware. Uniware is already integrated with woo-commerce. This is regarding inv sync and order sync. From last few days i.e. 29th Dec’2022 woo-commerce order are not sync in uniware. Before it is working fine I checked with uniware team they told issue is with woo-commerce they are not getting an response so please check this and let me know.

I understand that you are using the third-party plugin or software Uniware on your site, and the orders from WooCommerce are not syncing in Uniware, is that correct?

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

I am not using plugin. Which document you share me its been configure like this only and its working fine but from last days this thing is not working. I checked with them they told me check with woo-commerce team.

I am not sure I quite understand your issue here. You mentioned on your original post that you are using a third-party ERP Software: Uniware wherein the orders from WooCommerce are not syncing, correct?

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Howdy @mustafakolkattawala

From what I gather, the interoperability between the Uniware ERP and WooCommerce broke sometime at the end of December 2022.

From the site’s System Status Report (SSR), I can see that the latest version (7.3) is currently active.

Furthermore, from the WooCommerce changelog (linked here) I can see the following:

Version 7.2.1 was released on 2022-12-16
Version 7.2.2 was released on 2022-12-21
Version 7.2.3 was released on 2023-1-9
Version 7.3.0 (the latest, as well as the one currently installed on your site) was released on 2023-01-10

Feel free to roll back to a previous version and see if the issue persists. The WP Rollback plugin (linked here) makes this quite straight-forward, I believe.

I would try rolling back to version 7.2.2 first, based on your comment that interoperability broke on December 29, 2022.

Hi @mustafakolkattawala ,

Have you tried manually syncing the inventory, if not, please could you try this and see how this goes. More information on how to do this can be found below:

You have mentioned that the sync stopped after the latest WooCommerce update, however rolling back to a previous version made no difference.

Do you recall any other recent changes you may have made to your site (i.e, other plugin updates, theme changes, etc.) before this issue started? It could be that another plugin was updated which is causing a conflict.

The best way to determine this is to perform a full conflict test by:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
Check if the orders and inventory sync without any issues.

If the issue is no longer present, it means there was a conflict. You can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one (gradually) until the cause of the issue is found, more info about running a conflict test is below:

If there is still no difference after this, please can you share any fatal error logs that may be visible when navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Order sync is working now may be the problem is with your latest plugin i.e. 7.3. 7.2.2 is working fine. So Please check the updated version.

I’m glad that downgrading your WooCommerce version from 7.3.0 to 7.2.2 fixed the order sync issue here.

the interoperability between the Uniware ERP and WooCommerce broke sometime at the end of December 2022.

I would just like to reiterate what Pepe mentioned above. Since it ended sometime last December 2022 and WooCommerce version 7.2.2 was released last 2022-12-21, hence, the reason why the order sync is somehow working.

However, the latest version 7.3.0 was released last 2023-01-10 which then broke the connection on your site.

I have an ERP that is Uniware.

Since the ERP software that you are using uses Uniware which is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.
