Third party domain (does not show)

Hi,

I set the dialog to contain Necessary and Performance. That shows up fine but when I add the option to list a “Third party domain” (google.com) under Performance with an “Opt Out”, it does not show in the dialog box. this worked before the v2.0.2 update.
