• To Anybody Who Can Help,

I’ve read many/most of the tutorials out there on rollover from WP.cm to .org, and still have a couple of questions:

    1. When I convert, is there anyway to retain my traffic stats from .com, and import them to .org, or should I just take screenshots of the graphs, etc. because it will all be lost?

    2. I already have a host that I’m happy with, and they seem to have a seamless WP installer on their control panel.

Assuming that’s he case, is conversion to WP.org really as simple as exporting form .com, running the host installer, importing the exported XML file (to retain posts and comments), installing (and running) Jetpack to rollover my subscribers, and then removing the current pointer (on my hosting site) that directs traffic from anamericanindublin.com to the WP.com address?

    3. Is there a better way of doing any of this?

    4. As I don’t have a lot of images, and don’t do very much flashy stuff, is it worth the conversion at all? My primary reasoning was to enable Google Analytics long term, thinking it may help with some related print publishing contracts down the line.

Thanks for any and all help.
