• I purchased Custom Community Pro on 7/26/13, thinking that the download would be available as soon as I paid. They only allow payment via PayPal e-check, and it appears that the check needs to clear before the download will be available. They say nothing about this on their site, and I am now behind in development by several days. I sent an inquiry about it, but only got a reply that they will get back to me. If this is an example of how they operate, I think I am going to cut my losses here and go with another developer’s theme so I don’t waste time trying to get support. Too bad because it looked like a nice platform.

    it makes me sad to read such a bad experience..

    But please let me clarify some things though:

    #1 – Payment
    You can simply pay via
    – standard Paypal payment
    – credit card (via Paypal too)
    – e-banking (also via Paypal)
    – manual bank transfer (really manually, we will check the bank account and manually complete your order.)

    ** Note: the manual bank transfer might sound silly at first, but there are countries which can only pay via their bank. some even really go to the bank and fill out a paper, as there is no other possibility. remember that not all countries can pay for example via Paypal.

    #2 – Emails / Notifications
    You should get an email after you ordered, with further instructions and what happens next. After your order is paid/completed another email is sent to you, containing a direct download link also.

    Maybe these emails landed in your spam or something? I’m sure they are sent out.

    #3 – Your support ticket
    I replied to your support ticket 2.5 hours after you submitted your request. Honestly, this is faster than our average, but I wonder if you ever got the answer to your email inbox or checked the ticket again.
