    Hi all,

    We have 2 Woocommerce websites with the plugin and it was working fine until earlier today. Our customers highlighted to us that they are unable to complete the transaction. After submitting their information on Paypal, an error page shows up that says “We’re sorry. Things don’t appear to be working at the moment”, the URL of the particular page ends with checkout/genericError?code=DEFAULT. Is there any way to resolve the issue?

    This error, showing on the Paypal page, is usually an issue on PayPal’s end, sometimes with your account.

    We’d like to take a look at your error logs.

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    The problem has gone away itself a day after my post and it is working fine now. Nevertheless, would your side still like to have a look at the error logs?
