• On joanpechanec.com I’m finding that some of the Jetpack features are not working properly though the plugin says it’s connected to Jetpack. The comment form’s styling has changed in a not-pretty way (I last worked on the iste in March and the form looked fine at that time), and Joan is not receiving notifications when comments have been left. Previously I had the regular WordPress comments system in effect – no notifications. So today when she let me know that it was still not working, I changed to the Jetpack system, left a comment – still no notification. I do have Bulletproof Security Pro intalled on this site, but I cannot find the names of all the scripts that need to be whitelisted for Jetpack to work. Can you provide a list of those scripts (including the path, if possible) and/or help us troubleshoot please?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Jetpack’s Comment form feature doesn’t handle email notifications for new comments; this is all handled by WordPress itself. The emails are sent from your WordPress installation. Whitelisting Jetpack scripts in Bulletproof Security Pro consequently won’t help.

If the emails don’t go out, it could be because your site is not able to send out any emails anymore. I would recommend installing the Postman plugin to find out more about what’s happening the emails:

    I hope this helps.
