• I am enquiring about SEO plugins, not any specific one, but generally.

    I would have expected that SEO plugins would assist me as a blog owener, but once I’ve used them to optimise my site, their work would be done. But it seems that some, maybe all of them, add extra time when pages are loading for visitors, and some say some plugins make calls to the plugin site too.

    I’m wondering if someone has definite knowledge on this please.

    Do SEO plugins add to visitor load times? If so, why?

    Are there some plugins which are better in this regard?
