thickbox is not showing

    when clicking on ‘set featured image’ link it was ok that on an overlay we had 3 tabs to choose image.
    But suddenly it is getting appended below footer. not on an overlay.
    Please suggest.

    I have found the culprit.
    it is WP Disable plugin conflicting

    more precisely to say the option “Disable Dashicons when user disables admin toolbar when viewing site” must be disabled in WP Disable plugin
