• You can’t get support. If the free plugin works for you, you’ll probably be okay.

However, if you need the premium plugin you’re out of luck. The premium plugin keeps deactivating its own license key saying that it’s not valid until you force it to re-validate itself. If you’re using a staging site, you can also forget about it. The premium plugin’s license doesn’t allow for that. You push, and then you can’t validate the plugin’s license key at all. It will only work for either your staging or your live site, but not both.

And you probably need the premium plugin, unless you’re okay with selling license keys that are basically unlimited with no way of managing them.

I’ve tried to contact these people twice. They don’t even send an automated message confirming they got your message and will get back with you. I’ve seen where other people out there on support forums, etc. can’t get them to respond either.

So, my company shops for another plugin. Our sales are screwed up in the mean time. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
