• I got reply from thair technical support via email already but i didn’t see it on my mailbox on time of posting this review. now I’m giving them 5 star rating.
    There was miss understanding, all is good now.

    I tried to request a refund but they refused because I requested it after 16 days not 14 days, however i can’t get access to my account now even after they didn’t refund me. Already requested password reset with no luck never get reset password email, never seen technical support that bad

    You are correct. If a refund request has been submitted after the Refund Policy period, that request will not be processed.

    And although we can understand your feelings and perhaps disappointment in this situation, that is really not the reason to leave reviews with incorrect info.

    As you already know, there are many ways to contact support because you have used majority of them, including submitting tickets from your personal account. You also know that all your emails were replied in a more than a timely manner, but you have never responded to any of them although you did receive and view them.

    Since it is really against WordPress rules to provide you with support for Pro services and products here and since we are already having a conversation via our helpdesk, I suggest we continue it there.
