They will Auto renew even if it is in Manual renewal

I deactivated the auto-renewal on their website months before moving the website to Shopify, but they still charged me for the renewal.

I accessed their website took a pic of the deactivated auto-renewal and contacted their customer support and sent them a copy of the deactivated Auto-renewal, they said that they had changed to MANUAL renewal for me, and they would not issue a refund.

These company and their people are money-hungry, and they will do anything to keep your money.

Please stay away from this company. They are a bunch of crooks.
