• I had originally gave this plugin a 5 star review last year, but after I realized that some payments were made without a ticket being issues or without a notification being sent. Scary! Once I found this out, I filed a ticket, but they couldn’t do anything to help, and it wasn’t fixed for weeks. So, I had to audit all of our ticket sales periodically, to make sure I didn’t miss any, then manually issue tickets and email folks. Took wayyyyy too much of my time.

    I liked the fact that it was free, and it worked great after they fixed the issue, but I would be reticent to use it again because of all of the extra work I had to do.

    I wish I would have paid more (in fees) for a more tried & true ticketing platform.
