They should never update to a version thats not ready yet

I have work with this plugin for more then 2 years, but since the release version 2.0 I cant get it working anymore… I have submitt a bugrapport 2 times, first time they come back to me that I need to deactivate any caching program and deleate them, then clear the cache in NG. That dident work, I inform them about that, but this time they dident come back to me.
After a complain on Google+ I was told from one in the NG team, to try the latest version 2.0.11 and if I still have problem I should raise a bugrapport again.
Well that was done for 5 days ago, and still I havent heard anything… I think its time to find a replacement for this plugin, its not seems like they are really intrested.
