They insert their FB pixel

    This plugin automatically inserts Facebook Pixel to track your users. I never gave you permission to track my customers. Ridiculous!

    The widget is a Facebook Chat widget, from our side, we do not insert the pixel explicitly.
    Pixel is inserted by Facebook and we cannot remove it.
    If you will use the script copied from page settings > advanced messaging you will notice that it is Facebook who inserts that pixel.

    It would be nice if you could submit any concerns to support before reviewing the app.
