They DO Have Support For Users, but Braintree don’t

Clayton is a legend! Very responsive and helpful and their plugins been seamless.
Unfortunately Braintree itself is a joke .
My accounts been restricted due to a DNS attack for 2 days….. raised a ticket on the online support but no contact.
They have no online chat support, no direct email to the support team and their phone lines are un-monitored…. Like all of them! I’ve called support lines in 3 different countries and they all go straight to voice mail.
Its a great service when its working but once its stopped don’t expect them to help….. don’t even expect to communicate with them.
I’m signing up for another merchant account provider because its looking like it’l be quicker than getting my exisiting account sorted with BraintreeDon’t take the risk, use someone else
