They deleted my entire site…

Yup… They deleted my entire site. I was building a ecommerce website for my wife. She like one of their themes, so I bought it for her. Tried installing it and it would not load properly. Got in touch with their support team, a bit of back and forth, then they said they wanted to try logging in to do some troubleshooting, seemed helpful, but then I try logging in today. they had deleted our user profiles. I log into the back end via my hosting and they had not only delete my user profile so I could not access the site normally, but they had also deleted/rest EVERYTHING. I had spent hours connecting WooCommerce, jetpack, creating tags and attributes for my wife’s store so she could create items easier, and all that work was wiped out. Hours creating text and struggling with getting things to look correctly, all gone… I am beyond livid. There was no warning, or hey we need to reset everything you’ve done, so I hope you made a backup… Nothing…..
