Theron Lite child theme – site crash

Wondering if anyone can help?
I’ve been using Theron Lite theme and created a child theme.
I discovered it wasnt working as I hadn’t activated it.
When I activated the child theme through the dashboard my site crashed.
I had a stylesheet and footer.php file in the child theme, so I deleted the footer (as did not feature any exceptions) and deleted the exceptions listed in the stylesheet to make a clean slate.
Unfortunately, my site is still down and I’m locked out.
If anyone has any advice about getting back online it would be much appreciated!
