Hello we use your plugin to print our invoices but we have an issue.

We add some costum code to adjust the paper size from your Documentation site.

We use a thermal printer with paper width 80mm.

    The printer model is

The invoice is printed ok BUT the text is very pixelated and you can’t read it clearly.

The printer prints from other sources like .text .doc files etc just fine and the text is crystal clear.

Is there any adjustment i should make to your plugin?

    Thank you.

Hi! I think this is an issue with the printer driver rather than the PDF invoice plugin. Can you create a PDF file from a .doc file and print that to see if that gives you the same result?

You were right. Out printer doesn’t render printing jobs from pdf files right. Don’t know why. Thanks for your advice.

Glad to hear you found the root cause. Was there a solution to this?

No unfortunately. I had to re work all the invoice.php template layout and adjust the font sizes.

The text is still pixelated but you can read it.

    Thank you.
