There’s only state names

    Hello.

    I live in Latvia and I’m setting up the shipping methods based on the city.
    But the only city that’s mentioned is the Capital – Riga.

    Everything else is a state (novads)

    For example, I want to ship products to Tukums. There isn’t an option Tukums, just Tukuma Novads (Tukums State).

    Where do you get this information? Am I able to edit it without adjusting the code?
    Tukuma Novads (Tukums State) includes a dozen cities.

    The cities list of Latvia was updated, please redownload the plugin to have the up to date list.
