there's no way to delete without admin access is there?

I realise you aren’t working on this plugin anymore.. shame it’s really the ONLY thing I need and I can’t seem to find another thing that’ll do it.
it seems my only other options are a) install a forum with one category for people to do ride shares
or b) add a link or embed a Google spreadsheet, where people can add or edit their own ride shares.
if I knew how to install a delete (even one that anybody without registering could use with a plea that you only delete your own events) – then I think my long search would be over.
does anybody with some php know-how know how I’d do this?
