Not sure if I’m not making a confusion with another kind of problem. You’re having this when trying to save a post or save options in your WP settings ?

Possibly you’ve been disconnected after opening the page, or just unlucky. That happens to me from times to times and I remember viewing this message on the occasion.

If it’s a post, hit Back and copy the text to your clipboard, for safety, or else its lost. Then hit F5 to reload the page and have to login again.
If it’s an options page, just hit F5 and change stuff again after having logged in again.

If it’s something else for a problem, no idea sorry!
