there was an error when cropping your image'

I have installed same theme on a Separate Web Server. There it is Working Fine.
But now i have changed webserver and it is showing “there was an error when cropping your image”. Whenever i try to Upload and Crop a logo. Is there a way where we can Disable Cropping image. Or Any way to fix it. Both Servers are Linux Based..
You can say Both are Same. But on 1 server it is working with all features. But on another server it is Only giving cropping error. Can any one help please..
