FAQ > After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong?

There seems to be a problem between contact form 7 extensions and reCaptcha. I had to remove reCaptcha to make it work again without this error. I don’t know if it is contact form 7 or the extensions that need to be updated…

I have the same issue, I tried to remove reCaptcha as Jay said but still not get the form to be send.

Any clue?

If that doesn’t work, deactivate plugins and themes to see if they are interfering.
