Hey #Takayuki Miyoshi I facing the same issue on my client website from the last couple of weeks and I tried everything that I found on the internet and I also try degrading the plugin to 4.6 or 4.7 but still showing me same error (there was an error trying to send your message. please try again later.) and I tried deleting the plugin from my server and create new form with cf7 plugin 4.6 and 4.7 but still same issue and this error cause my client business loss.
