Hi there

I recently moved name servers from Ionis to Cloudflair to take advantage of the cacheing and also their CDN.

I brought over the previous DNS records.

Over the weekend I had some suspicious activity with my email, it got disabled. I could send emails just not to anything associated with Google.

Also my contact form 7 stopped working.

I contacted Ionis and they gave me an SPF record Ionis and Cloudflare said to add it to my existing SPF record.

I can now send emails to gmail but my contact form 7 isn’t working.

It is a WordPress site and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the contact form 7 plugin but I keep getting the same error messages.

Cloudflare said that putting a message on here would be the best way to get support.

I have tried to add various bits to the functions.php from stack overflow threads but none have worked

Any help would be greatly appreciated
