• Have been using cf7 for many months – a few days ago I got this message on every form – could not find a problem. It cleared itself a few hours later.
Problem has returned – it is on a form that has had a few hundred submissions in the last month. Cant find a problem. Rebooted server, cleared cache, tried on other devices
    Happens on other forms too.
Have rolled-back to version 5.3.2 and then to 5.2.2 no change.
Has anyone got any ideas of where to go next?

Where can we see the website in question?

    itclub-cambodia.com
    https://itclub-cambodia.com/join-v2/ basic form gets error
    https://itclub-cambodia.com/join-itclub/ more complex form
    https://itclub-cambodia.com/contact-us/ with conditional fields

It’s likely something to do with your recaptcha integration. I am having the same problem — works fine when I clear out the keys, but gives me this error whenever I load in the keys. Try removing the recaptcha keys and see if it works without.

I have disabled QSM (as it also sends email), but it has made no difference.
The problem first happened on Monday. The join-itclub form stopped working, but the contact-us form worked one more time – then also stopped. About 3-4 hours later they started working again – no changes made by me. I suspected a cache problem. Then yesterday they stopped and are still stopped. Tried with Chrome and Edge, desktop and mobile with each.

The problem has gone away. It occured at 8am UK time yesterday (22 Apr), I checked it throughout the day and this morning (7am and midday) – it was still failing. Around 2pm someone submitted a form – I checked from my desktop and it works. This is more than a little concerning to be out for 30 hours – and no indication of the problem.
I currently have the form on another site on the same server and have had no problems with that in the last 24 hours.
Are there any diagnostics or traces I can apply?
    Thank you
