Work perfectly, thanks to Takayuki you’re awesome dude! Now we customizing entire form to a complex situation base from your simple plugin form. We found the culprit is not Askimet or mail server, but basic setup mail. and yea, after we follow and read carefully your instruction, the form send to many department for being analyst. Its not your fault, but our fault not read the instruction carefully. Once again, thank you.
