    The ir imposible to make the plug-in to work, I tray all. If I recharge the page I see this message:

    Instagram Connection Error?— There was an error retrieving the access token: IGApiException: Unsupported request – method type: get

    aparente the problem is the token access of the plugin to instagram. Please tell us when you fix it.

    By the way, do such errors decrease if I switch to a paid plan?

    Hi @noelsv,

    I was able to reproduce this behavior on my test site, so it is safe to say that this is happening to everyone from the very least.

    Nothing to worry about as our development team are actively working on a solution regarding this matter. We’ll be in touch if we have an update for this issue.

    Hi all

    Apologies for the delay and inconvenience here. The plugin uses the Instagram API which is part of Facebook, and they recently revoked API permissions for our API app and we’ve been working hard to get them approved and reinstated ??

    I’m happy to report this has now been fixed and the plugin should be operational again. You may need to disconnect and reconnect your Instagram account in the plugin.
