    I am facing this error :
    There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.

    Whenever I try to enter my card details and pay the order.It was fine before but after recent update I am getting this

    We’ve already received a few reports about similar issues and are currently investigating them.

    We’d also like to examine your plugin log files. Please note that these log files are only generated if “Logging” is activated in your plugin settings. You can enable this feature from the “Connection” tab in your plugin settings. Once “Logging” is enabled, every transaction will generate a log entry.

    It’s important to understand that if “Logging” wasn’t enabled before, there will be no previous records of the transactions. In that situation, you’ll need to reproduce the problem once again to generate new log entries.

    You can retrieve these logs from the path:
    Access the WooCommerce > Status > Logs section, and proceed to choose the most recent “woocommerce-paypal-payments” file associated with the date of the failed order.

    Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, send us the link, so we can review them in detail.

    I know your request is also on our support board and I’ve responded there, but I’ll paste the answer here as well for clarity.

    To better understand and resolve this, I have already shared the details with our development team. In the meantime, we recommend downgrading to the previous version of the plugin (version 2.7.1), which was unaffected by this issue. You can download version 2.7.1 of the plugin from this link: Download Version 2.7.1

    Please try this version and let us know if the problem persists. I will keep you updated once the issue is patched.

    A little update regarding your issue. We received access to the staging site from one of the users affected by the same problem. We researched this error and found that it’s a common issue with other payment gateways as discussed online, such as in this forum thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/1dce6uo/there_was_an_error_processing_your_order_please/

    So we tested the payment process with a dummy gateway and encountered the same issue. This indicates that the problem is not specific to our plugin but likely stems from something in your environment. It seems to be related to a fatal error and an issue with PHPmailer. You’ll notice that the time frame for placing the order and the occurrence of the fatal error are the same.

    As the issue persists with other gateways, it appears to be independent of our plugin. I understand that this is not the message that you are hoping for, but we are unable to resolve it from our side.
