Hi @adpassion
Based on the information you provided, it appears that there’s a problem with the retrieval of your product feed. This could be due to various reasons, but the most common ones are usually related to a plugin conflict or a problem with the server configuration.
Did this issue occur after you installed the WPML plugin, as you mentioned in another topic here? If not, I suggest clearing your website cache. Sometimes, outdated or corrupt cache files can cause issues like this. If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear the cache from there. Also, try clearing your browser cache.
If that doesn’t work, I recommend troubleshooting for a plugin conflict. You can do this by temporarily deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.
Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Please try these steps and let us know how you get on. We’re here to help you through this and restore your product feed.
Thanks!
