    After going through validation of my Google Ads account, I started seeing this error.

    There was an error loading your merchant center product review request status.

    So disconnected all the accounts linked to the Google Listings and Ads plugin.

    Upon wanting to link them again: As soon as I start the process of setting the plugin up the screen goes blank and stays that way.

    So this is the main issue now.

    I tried re-installing the plugin, and removing all gla values on wp-admin/options.php page.

    Still same issue.

    No worries, we’ll help you figure it out. ??

    First, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Also, please check the fatal error logs (if any) from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choose from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log

    Thanks for providing your site’s system status report and the error logs.

    After investigating this further, we were able to replicate this issue on our end as well. We’ve identified this as a bug and have brought this to the attention of the development team. We don’t have a timeframe for a fix just yet but we’ll update you as soon as we know more.

    I am also having this problem. I noticed products was not synced. I thought I would just log out and log back in. That failed as now getting blank screen.

    I asked support to remove to google merchant account hoping it would fully fix the problem.

    That also did also not help

    I asked how do I log out of everything, they gave me this link below

    You will be able to log out of everything on here to start the process again

    This also did not help

    So I thought it was my google account. I created a new google account, then tried to create new merchant account using the plugin and get an error cant create account

    SO NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON

    As mentioned, this is a reported bug. ??

    We can’t tell when a fix will be released, but you’re more than welcome to track the progress in Github: https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/issues/1741

    I went ahead and added this thread to the report to help the devs understand the problem better.

    If you have any other questions, then please make your own thread as we need to address each probole individually in the forums.
