    I connceted all accoounts fine. I tried with different set of accounts but ended up using the actual merchant center account owner just to make sure and even if everything shows perfectly connected, under merchant center diagnostic I see only successfull API calls but whenever I go to the product feed section in wordpress I get this message: There was an error loading your merchant center product review request status. The console error is abit more scpecific with “Error getting account review status: User cannot access account 569141738” The user connected is the owner of that merchant account.

    In the woocommerce log I can see a more detaied error:
    2022-05-27T05:07:21+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\API\Google\Middleware::get_account_review_status Client error: GET https://api-vipgo.woocommerce.com/google/manager/account-review-status/569141738 resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:
    {“statusCode”:400,”error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”User cannot access account 569141738″}

    I tried uninstalling and resintalling. I also try unistalling adn deleting using that setting define( ‘WC_GLA_REMOVE_ALL_DATA’, true ); as read on another post. I’m out of options now.

    Hi there,

    It seems there’s an issue accessing the connected account. Can you try creating an account during the setup or connecting a different account?

    Here’s what I recommend:

    * Go to example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (Replace example.com with your domain name)
    * Disconnect all existing connections by clicking: Disconnect Jetpack, Disconnect Google Account, and MC Disconnect.

    Set up the connection afresh from Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and see if that helps.

    When I accessed to example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page the result is:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I have managed to connect.
    But I have following issue:
    “No Google Ads account linked”

    When I debug I get this result:

    Request:  GET /wc/gla/ads/connection
    Status:   200
    Response: {
        "id": 4728008293,
        "currency": "RON",
        "symbol": "lei",
        "status": "incomplete",
        "step": "billing",
        "sub_account": true,
        "created_timestamp": 1653910689
    }

    can you help?

    Hi @kevin787,

    To help with your issue better, could you create a separate forum thread?

    Please attach your System Status in your forum thread so we can investigate further. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it in your thread.

    @sukafia,

    I tried the test connection link and all connections seems fine. It’s only when I try to Sync a product that I get “Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.” Does that meant to review the Google Merchant account setup in Google or in this plugin?

    Also, I haven’t setup Google Ads yet is this mandatory?

    It’s mind boggling. I tried what you suggested. Disconnected everything. Created a new merchant center account using the option in the plugin. It seemd to work a bit better.

    But everything else is connected, using a fresh new accounts created from within.

    I do not get the error message on the product feed page but I do get this message in the Woocommerce Logs 2022-06-01T18:40:56+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Product\ProductSyncer::validate_merchant_center_setup Cannot sync any products before setting up Google Merchant Center.

    Hi @mariobeach,

    Thanks for reconnecting! Setting up Google Ads is not mandatory to sync your products.

    Can you use the test connection page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page once more, scroll to the bottom, and select to Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center? Tick the async button if you have a large number of products. Let us know if this starts syncing or gives an error message.
