    while downloading or printing the invoice, The issue occurred ( there was an error loading misc recommendation ) and the PDF did not open. sometimes the issue comes and sometimes it works fine.

    We are not able to replicate the issue. The “Print” and “Download” buttons on the WooCommerce order edit page are working fine. Kindly share the following details for a better understanding of the issue.

    • Fatal error log (WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal errors).
    • ?Screenshot of error message while clicking the “Print”/”Download” button if any.
    • WooComerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
    • ?Screenshot of “System Info” tab from plugin settings (Invoice/Packing > General Settings > Help Guide > System Info).
