  • Hi there @facun3625,

Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! Sorry to hear the plugin is giving you trouble. I am happy to help out.

Just to make sure you have checked the most common causes of this issue, can you please verify the following:

    • Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
    • Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
    • Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook. If it is not, temporarily switch to a supported currency and attempt to connect.

Can you please check that the above three items are all correct for your site?

Hello, thanks for your answer, I verified the three steps and the same thing continues to happen … in fact the facebook pixcel I created it from the plugin during the process … it is weird because the whole process goes well until I play in the last step “submit a review”. I do not know what to do..

Thanks for trying that @facun3625. Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match up to this issue date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date.

If you see one, please view it by clicking on it and then clicking the “View” button, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL

Could you then copy the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create new paste,” and then share the link so that we could take a look?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
I do have the same issue, I checked all the points but I’m not sure about what you mean by “Facebook extension”. Could you tell to me what should I check there?
Anyway all the other points are right and I don’t have any fatal error log with the right date

    Thanks
    Alessio

Same here in two shops we are trying to connect the connection is not completing.
The woocommerce users are created in the business manager but the connection is not completing in woocommerce facebook tab and no products are syncing in feed. The procedure needs to be started agaian and again with no result.
