    Hello

    When I want to look at a contract that someone has filled, it shows me this.
    There was an error generating the PDF file.
    This activation code is not valid.

    However I did not change anything and for some time it does not work anymore whereas before it was perfect.

    can you help me please ?

    I just renewed a license for this plugin and can’t access my account on your website because there’s no “My Account” or “My License” or anything related to locating my credentials. I sent a support request through your website 2 days ago and still have not received a response. As I stated in that support request we currently have our forms feature not working due to this problem. This is an urgent request and we need your help please.

    Oh sorry-I was expecting an email. I guess I should have search back through your support forum to find my post and your reply. So, I’ll save this “my account” url so I can access it next time because there no link to this section.
    Ok, I see the plugin expiration date is in another year but I’m getting an error when submitting a form and no PDF comes through email. The error says: “There was an error generating the PDF file. This website has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.

    When I try to activate the plugin it says “no more licenses available”. But, a different website I’m using your plugin under a different license shows the same message but still works. I need your help with this please on https://gtr-repo.com. Thank you.

    An email was sent to the email address you used on the forum.

    “because there no link to this section” which section? The my-account page link is simply called “Login”, it’s the third link from the bottom on the left-side of the site.

    To correct the activation issue, login to the my-account page find and deactivate the activation key. Then use the key on the site you want to activate.

    Regarding emails… When leaving a support forum message there’s a checkbox near the submit button that says “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”, make sure that is checked to receive email notifications.

    Also, check your spam, hopefully we are being directed there. We NEVER spam!
