A test request returns the error.
No email is sent and no entry is created in the request logs.

All plugins, themes etc are up to dateEmail is sent using Easy WP SMTP
I’d appreciate some advice. I am not very technical so please give me the idiot’s guide.

The emails ARE flowing (they got delayed by a greylist). So why the error message?
