There was a problem while sending the test email

    hi
    i have this site

    studentsaverteam.com

    and also i used this WP Mail SMTP added to my site

    and its work fine

    now the problem happen to me when i have changed the host ( i upgrade it to other host )

    when i updated it ( and changed the IP to the new host )

    the plugin not work ..

    its show me errors ..

    Hi @studentsaver,

    Thanks for reaching out! Upon inspecting your error log, I noticed the following message.

    We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail.

    Could you please get in touch with your hosting support with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.

    In the meantime, you may configure an alternative mailer by following our detailed documentation.
