    I tried SMTP in SMTP TEST in this link => https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test
    its work ,
    But in my website with your plugin not working
    Versions:
    WordPress: 5.3
    WordPress MS: No
    PHP: 7.2.24
    WP Mail SMTP: 1.7.1

    Params:
    Mailer: smtp
    Constants: No
    ErrorInfo:
    Host: localhost
    Port: 25
    SMTPSecure: string(0) “”
    SMTPAutoTLS: bool(true)
    SMTPAuth: bool(false)

    Server:
    OpenSSL: OpenSSL 1.0.2k 26 Jan 2017

    [empty]

  • Hi @mohmmedalagha,

    From the email log, it seems the email is sending with SMTP Host localhost and Port 25, if you’re not defining these values in WP Mail SMTP settings, it’s probably the SMTP settings are forced by your server or other SMTP plugins you’re using. Please deactivate other related plugins and try. If this doesn’t help, contact your hosting provider support.
