  • Hi @emoteek,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @emoteek,

Thanks for providing the error. It looks like you missed step 4 in the documentation you’ve shared which is to authenticate your domain with Sendgrid and once you authenticate or if you already have authenticated your domain, the “From Email” in WP mail SMTP settings should be specific to your domain such as [email protected]. The error message exactly tells that the From Email isn’t verified.

    I hope this helps!

Yes but I’m stuck on step 3 so I didn’t check step 4

Are tou referencing to these steps: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendgrid-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/

    Hi @emoteek,

Thanks for the details. Both the documentation is the same. Step 3 is just for the verification, you can jump to step 4 which is authenticating your domain with Sendgrid. If you’re not sure of how to do that, you can contact your web host provider support to add the Sendgrid DNS records.

    I hope this helps!

Yes I’ll ask support from my web host provider because only 2 DNS records are verified, 2 have errors and 1 is pending.. I used the single authentication with email verification for now so I can test things and verify that all mail are sent correctly before continuing. Thanks for your help! ??
