    Hi,

I have NextGen Gallery 1.9.13 (v2 never could work with the voting for me) as well as your Voting Premium plugin. Both are up to date.

The voting works but I get this message every time you vote:

“There was a problem saving your vote, please try again in a few moments.”

However it does actually save the vote.

I have followed the numerous threads on here and tried all the fixes you have suggested and still no good. Even deactivated all plugins besides NGG & the Voting and still had the same issue.

Here is a link to the voting page:

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Nate

    Hi Scorpiion4984

The voting URL is returning a 500 internal server error for some reason.
My guess is another plugin is catching the URL incorrectly and interfering. I would suggest deactivating all your plugins, except NGG, NGG Voting, and NGG Voting Premium, and testing again. I think it will then work fine.
Then you can re-enable each plugin one-by-one, testing each time. When it stops working, you will know which plugin is causing the issue.

Post that plugin’s name here, and I will try see where the conflict is.

    Hi Shauno,

I have already done that with no luck?

    Thanks,

Try a default WP theme, with all plugins disabled.

A 500 error is a server error, so it’s not the voting plugin

I’ve got the same error with NextGen Gallery 1.9.13 with the status 200.
nggVoting::saveVoteImage() causes a fatal error because C_Photocrati_Cache::flush() is nowhere.

    Hi kaz-nishimura

That’s a different problem. I added some code in 2.7.1 to help with NGG 2.x caching, but I didn’t stop to think about people still using NGG 1.9.x

You can manually download 2.7.0 from here, and overwrite your site with it, that will fix your problem.

The next release will fix the problem, so it works again on NGG 1.9.x.

    Thanks for the bug report.

    Hello shauno,

Seems tough for supporting plugins to adapt to NGG 2.x.
    Thank you for your response.
