Can you tell us more details about this error that is hanging now? What do you see on your end? Can you share a screenshot (after redacting sensitive customer information) so that we can see what you are describing, please?

As a first step, I can see your WordPress, WooCommerce and WooPayment versions are outdated. Could you please try running all pending updates and seeing if that fixes it? You can take a full?backup?of your site before doing that or try the updates on a?staging?site to make sure nothing breaks while doing so.

After that, please check the notice that says “Update WooPayment business details,” click on the “Update” button, and fix any information that may be missing. As for updates to wordpress, woocommerce, woopayments – they all updated and there was the same error. Tell me, please, are there any other solutions?

Can you please share the error logs so we can take a look?

You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Please search for both Woopayments errors and Fatal errors and share them with us.
