There seems to be a new url on my site that makes only text content appear

I while back i tried to follow google instructions for their crawler to locate my site by uploading google006aacoe6641ef80.html to verify ownership. Now I only get text on my site and connot access backend to undo the upload that i did in the profile page that asks for the url. Also the original machine that has the backup and original files is no longer available. All i had was the username and passwords for the site nefrysretreat.com. I have spent countless hours reading the forums but it seems without the original files I cant even contemplate using cpanel, Ftp or any other backend solutions. Please can anyone help.
