    Heads up! There may be a problem with your connection to Square. In order to continue accepting payments, please?disconnect and re-connect your site.
    We have tried everything, uninstalled, reinstall, deactivated, everything we can think of to try to resolve this issue. We do have the latest Version 4.6.1; we get emails DAILY that the site is disconnected; we have the dreaded Heads Up alert and it NEVER goes away. We have other client’s sites that are not having this problem. Same theme. Can someone please assist. Suggestions please.

    Hi @vlambert123,

    Thanks for your patience and collaboration. As my colleague said, probably something else is interferring with your sites when running WooCommerce in the latest version, as this bug was fixed on Square 4.6.1 (which you’re on currently).

    It’s important to always run the latest version of plugins to avoid further issues in the future (security, performance, compatibility). If you’re open to try and troubleshoot this with our help don’t hesitate to let us know, the best way to start would be updating everything to the latest version and running a conflict test as suggested by my colleague yesterday.

    For the time being, I’m happy you get your sites working, though! We’re here to help whenever you’re ready!

    I would like to leave this ticket open and address this after the 20th. I will be traveling and I think it would be better if I could come back to this then when I have more time. Is that possible?

    Putting the “settings” for location outside of the settings under Payments > Square > Manage is possibly the most retarded interface decision of all time.
