There is no user registered with that email address.

    I created my website by wordpress 3 months ago and during this time, I was checking my website every day, but it’s two days that I didn’t have any accessibility to my site and I cannot reset my password because of this error: ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.

    What can I do now ?

  • You can access phpmyadmin and edit that options table to desired e-mail ??

    @amirhad, Please check table “wp_users” and check your email address exist or not.

    I tried “wp_users” and “phpmyadmin”, but I couldn’t find my page ??

    I am having this same problem. Were you able to resolve it? If so, how did you clear it up?

    my website (stockspinoffinvesting.com) is all messed up. When I try to login, I get the message that my username or password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, I get the message “ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.”

    Any advice?

    Hi I just wanted to follow up to this thread in case someone else runs into the same issue. I called my host (host gator) and they were able to reset my password. Problem solved!
