There is no sidebar in the posts

    In the homepage I can see the sidebar with all the widgets but when I open a post there is no sidebar just footers, I have already enter to the demo site and try using pages but is the same I don’t know why I don’t have the option of the sidebar when I open a post it just dissapear

    ‘dashboard – appearance – customize’
    open ‘Blog Options’
    make sure to untick ‘[ ] full width single post’

    and make sure to have widgets under ‘appearance – widgets‘ in the Sidebar area

    It works, I can see the sidebar now when I open a post.

    How do I get this to work the other way around?

    I have no Sidebar in the homepage (full width is checked) and I’ve deleted all the widgets in the the posts but, when I click to read a full post all the text and images are aligned to the left.

    How can I centre the post?
