There is no possibility of graphic editing of the calculator

Once a calculator is created, it cannot be edited in Appearance.
It is not possible to edit, a gray box appears.
I did the following things:

• I uninstalled the calculator plugin
• I cleared cookies
• I reinstalled the plugin
• I changed the theme
  Nothing helps. I still can’t edit the graphical calculator.
  

When I switch to Apperance there is just a gray background with nothing.

Please help
